Here are the 2025 All-PIL football teams
The 2025 regular season is in the books for Portland Interscholastic League football, and with the ending comes the annual All-PIL squads.
Earning the league's top honors is Roosevelt senior Geovoney Burks. The Idaho-commit senior was awarded both Offensive and Defensive Player of the Year for being the Roughriders’ go-to rushing option and holding down a strong linebacking unit.
Ida B. Wells senior Kurt Jordan was selected as Co-Offensive Player of the Year for the stellar rushing season he had where he led the PIL in touchdowns.
Taking Coach of the Year is Ryan McCants, who led Roosevelt to its first 6A league crown since 1995.
The Riders took 14 spots (six first, eight second) across the first and second teams, but that was only the second most. Lincoln earned a total of 16 spots on the top two teams (12 first, four second).
Next was Grant, who placed fourth in league and took home nine team selections (four first, five second). McDaniel tied for fifth and had eight choices (three first, five second), Wells took third and had six selections (three first, three second), Jefferson tied for fifth and had five selections (three first, two second) and Franklin tied for fifth and had three picks (three second).
